Default Transmission issues

So today after going to cars and coffee my car (yet again) started free revving, the clutch felt light as a feather so I got home jacked it up took the dust cover off and checked to see if visually there was any problem with the clutch nothing that was out of the ordinary until I put it in reverse and my foot slipped from the clutch and the car didn't stall, so after noticing that I went and put the car in first let off the clutch and it moved forward as if it were an automatic, I don't know why it's doing this

Edit: here's a video on Instagram of what it's doing https://t.co/Two9lA7zYP
Any and all help is appreciated

Sounds like your clutch has worn out and needs replaced.

You'd think there would have been a bad odor from it during all this.
