What would I have to do to get the front end looking decent again and how much would it run around??

Welcome! Looks like the car hit a Mansfield bar or got under a lifted pickup.

Well, let's get the obvious stuff out of the way:
Hood
L fender & splash shield
Header panel
Headlamps
Turn signals
Bumper cover
Grille emblem & bracket

That front rail will have to be straightened, but a closer look is needed to know if anything else is required. Some things can be straightened, others will have to be replaced. Check the radiator core support and mounting points for the body panels. Also check the condition of the condenser and radiator. Look for any damage to hoses or wires.

Depending on what the car hit and how hard it hit, it may need put on a rack and squared up otherwise the fender panels and hood wont line up.
