$3000 right price for 2001 mustang coupe?

$3000 right price for 2001 mustang coupe?
I'm looking to buy a 2001 mustang. Black inside n out, leather, 5sp,v6,6 disc changer, 103,000m. I thought it would be more. Is $3000 good price? Pls help I'm goin to travel 4.5 hrs to look at it in cpl days

Sadly, the V6's dont hold their value as well (nor do GT's). 3000 is a decent price. Does it have any records, or rust? on my GT's, the clutch went right around 100k, so watch for slipping. Watch for branded title/accident as well
