Hi all, my 03 v6 was vandalized while parked in a hotel parking lot last night. They tore off the fiberglass cover running along the top of the drivers side door to gain entry and stole my stereo/sub/amp and the other contents in the car, but apparently that wasn't enough. They then went about making sure my mustang wouldn't run. Spark plug wires, hoses, relays/fuses and more were removed/unplugged etc.

I've put it back together as best as I could, but its running very poorly and I have no money for a proper mechanic. I put the spark plugs back 1,2,3,5,6,4. Is that correct? It feels like it may be firing incorrectly. I don't know what else to check.

Ok, got it running better now, thanks. Shifting feels different now, not sure how to explain it. I hope nothing major is wrong there.

Anyone know what the fiberglass body piece is called on the roof that runs right above the door glass? Trying to look up a replacement part for it as they broke mine into 3 pieces removing it to break in.
