Stalling issue
My 96 mustang GT 4.6 l on hot days it will randomly shut down I wait 10 to 15 minutes and it will start drive for a while and and do it again I just bought it the man that I bought is from told me he was having lol fuel pressure so he replaced the fuel pump and the next summer it startded doing it any idias
Have the fuel pressure rechecked by I'd look at this:

They are notorious for shutting the car down when they overheat. Unlike the article mentions though, they are not either good or bad. When they start to fail they will start to be intermittent and cause stalling when heated up, then work just fine after they've cooled down a bit, and stall again when they are reheated. The amount of running time you get will shorten to the point where it won't work at all.

I have a master cylinder that is blown and with out looking at it they are telling me it's probably getting air in the engine and stalling it's stalling as I have my foot on the breaks to long has anyone herd of this
Have you narrowed down the stalling to only while braking, or does it still shut down randomly on hot days?
BTW, 4.6s don't have TFI modules. If you do suspect a problem with fuel delivery though, hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see what it's doing.

Is there a CEL (check engine light)? It's only speculation at this point but kinda sounds like it could be a few different things :
- EGR value stuck open
- EVAP purge stuck open
- Bad IAT sensor (giving false excessively high readings).
- Bad engine coolant temperature (giving PCM false readings).
- Motor overheating activating "limp in" mode.
- Clogged cats.
- Dirty MAF (clean it).
- leaking head gaskets
