My driver's side door panel is not only worn, but misshapen due to heavy wear: The arm rest has been torn open and deformed, and the top where it tucks under the window has curled up and exposed the foam at the top. I've tried tucking it back in, but it's brittle and disintegrates with any attempt at plying the material. Any replacement options? I've seen the occasional door panel listed on e-bay, but I suspect I'd be in the same boat due to age from a used part. Any new part options?

Bonus if I could find a matching passenger panel, but it's probably salvageable. It's not misshapen, I could probably get away with a cover... though it also suffers from the curling at the top by the window.
