Default Help Identifying part??

Hey everyone,
I swear something goes wrong once a month with this car, this time some kind of I don't even know like a bolt? If anyone can help me identify what this is that would be great and very appreciative.

think its just a breather tube for the tie rods. should connect to the right in the same spot.

Thank you! I put it back in and it started scraping again so I just pulled it out. Is it important?? Because to me it just looks like a rod

That should be a hollow tube, not a solid "rod". And yes it's important. It's an air transfer tube that allows air to move between the dust boot "bellows" without contaminating the joints inside with ambient dust/water/debris.

hey guys thanks for the help, i put it back on and drove it around and it kept coming loose. after looking at it for a while i noticed my right rubber boot didnt have a zip tie on it making it move around. after i slapped a zip tie on it and put the "hollow tube" back in it hasnt come out. thanks!
