My girlfriend was mad and honked the horn for over 10 minutes!!!! Lights were on in the 2000 v6 automatic. The horn stopped working and so did the cruise control. I wired fog lights into low beams they are HID. The horn, fog lights and cruise control no longer work. I haven't checked the ballasts to the fogs yet but I checked all fuses with a tester with light. I switched relays with used ones from the junkyard and still no cruise control or horn. All fuses looked fine cause the tester light comes on. There is one 30 amp metal fuse under the hood, I'm not sure if it is blown. I don't have a fuse panel diagram for inside the car or under the hood. I have a repair manual but it does not label the fuses. I know about fusable links existing but IDK where they would be located. Anyone know anything? My cigarette lighters all work, thanks
