Default Current TIRE recommendation

I have a 2004 convertible (Base V6) (Triple white to boot) and it is in need of 4 new tires.
I am in south central Wisconsin and this car is only driven from say April thru October then parked for the winter.
I do mostly back road outings and do, from time to time really love a "spirited" ride through the hills.
Looking are any real world experience with new tires.
Looking for a quite, comfortable but 'grippy' tire...
TIA

Frankly any brand name tire is ok. Just look up the traction rating on the tire for grip.
