suspension work
I lowered my mustang when I first got it, and got about 1.00"-1.50" of drop. I just bought 18" rims and 245/45/18 tires and had them put on. But now it looks like it hasn't been lowered at all. What add on could I do to get another 1" of drop? I don't want to buy new springs. I've considered a body kit, but want some ideas on suspension so I can compare pricing...Any suggestions???

Well, considering the stock tire size *225*, you basically eliminated any drop that you installed with those springs when you put on those tires. I'd consider selling the springs and just getting some other ones to get the desired look.
first of all, new springs dont lower your car right away, they eventually sag down after about a week or so. I just got my suspension done 2 days ago, holy crap! NIGHT AND DAY MY FRIEND! i got the eibach pro-system. not only does that 1.3 drop look good, but it handles like a beast, i blasted around an intersection turn at like 50 like it was nothing, and i didnt even install a sway kit, the dampeners help out a lot.
