What Harvey (yellowpony) said, don't forget the true flow dual exhaust. Also another option for you would be one of the high performance 3.8L upgrade kits sold by supersixmotorsports.com. This kit comes with a ported upper and lower intake (good for an enlarged throttle body and 73mm or 80mm MAF, as well as a good base for 24lb or 30lb fuel injectors) ported heads, and a performance camshaft. I warn you this mod is really expensive in totall, but alone this mod will push you past the 200 rwhp mark, providing you get the tb, maf, fuel injectors, and get your ecu returned, either yourself with a handheld tuner, or professionaly. Add the basic bolt ons Harvey mentioned, the gears, and t-lok, you'll be beating V8s, all day, don't challenge the Cobras though, they will still have your ***. Hope this helps, oh, removing the rear seats, adding in a rear seat delete and adding in racing seats will help give your car better accelleration, less weight, better times.

Well if you buy all of the basic bolt ons harvey listed thats the cai, pulleys, exhaust, gears, t-lok, tuner, and the H.O. 3.8L kit, tb, maf, injectors, and professional retune, or remaping of your engine, you should spend around 5000+, this will include all of the parts, you have to consider professional installation, and shipping as a byfactor which pushes the price over 5000, but it won't be too much more than this. Also your rwhp, my estimate, this could be way off, should be anywhere from 225-250+ rwhp, that of course depends on how you get your engine tuned.
