lol, whats why he's a 5th gear member! Think I should worry about steel or aluminum, or just go with the steel?

10-12 hp gain at the crank. You lose some in the translation to the dif. 8-10 at the rear wheels. And that's a good price. What brand??
And yes, it does improve milage slightly.

Edit..
Definatly STEEL! The aluminum pulley is probably for the W/P. I have that one. I love the look of Billett Aluminum! But it only gains 1-2 HP. It's more for looks.

Edit again..
I just looked...DON'T get the aluminum one....Like I said..ask AutoBadges about the MotoBlue setup...you can look at it at www.rpmoutlet.com

PM(private message) AutoBadges. He can get it. and a good price. He's expanded his sources. Believe me, he can get it. Tell him Eval sent ya! (it's an inside joke with he and I)

Ask him about Motoblue kit# MTB386300. That one has the Crank and Alt pulleys. He will give you a good price...

also steel is stronger and if your's is a dailey driver then the aluminum might wear out faster.
