Default tuners

are there any tuners for the 232 that dont require premium fuel, any cost as well, cause diablo says you need premium.

Not that I know of. The tuners remap the F/I and they require premium.

EDIT.........
You can do what I do. I fill it with premium, then when it gets to half tank, I fill it with mid grade. Then premium...etc...

Premium burns hotter, and more efficiently. And it does produce a little more power. That's why.
