I know a guy down here who got an oil change(@ some lube place) and they didnt put the plug back in the oil pan but still filled it with oil, of course it ran out, and sent him on his way. 1/4 mile down the road BAM!!. Blew his engine. They had to buy him a new truck.

Yes on showstang!!!!! The coolflex hose has wiggled loose so the pressure shot through it and overheated the car, I fixed it but I was driving so much...that I took it home and about 2 days later I checked it and there was NO OIL []

I put 3.5 quarts in...so its nice now Good thing the engine is so strong!!

He was driving a dakota at the time and now hes in a Ram. I think hes paying the difference or something. Not sure how it all went down. @ first they said all they would do is rebuild the engine. It was a brand new truck.

Ouch thats bullshi* I would never EVER take my car to a quick lube not after working at Jiffy Lube for about a year, I quit there because they scrued people over so bad. They pretty much have a bunch of kids that dont know there a** from a hole in the ground.
Erick that hurts me to hear bout showstang but I am happy for ya that she is still running strong...
