if your lookin for a temp posie and know some one who welds have em wend up the spider gears thats what i did in my 91 hatch until i bourgt my posi set up but unfortunately the car was totaled and i didnt get **** from insurance for the car after setting in the hospital for 3 weeks but neways go for it as long as the used gears dont have any cracks in em or pits in them they will be ok

 

yeah and i never said they ALL would have problems did I? MANY DO though and you are just ASKING for them buying used goods like those. Pullies, cold air intakes...those are fine used, but not mechanical parts like that IMO

Personally, I wouldn't get used either. If you get 'em really cheap though why not see how long they will last?
