Default performance stuff

Well right now, I don't have the money to do all this. But I want to in the near future. The shop I'll take it to is my boyfriends. His House. He knows how to put some stuff on. At least he acts like he does. He's trying to fix up my dads chevelle. '89 Hatchback, what the hell was you talking about????? Remember I'm a female. I want to put a V-8 in it, but do I need to put anything else on it? I want people to think, "Damn, a girl drives that?" And try to race me and think they will beat me with the piece of s**t they have. Actually, I want to surprise people. Make them think they can beat me, but they think wrong. I don't know. I don't really want NOS since itsa one time thing and plus i have heard that it can blow your motor and some other stuff and knowing me or my boyfriend, we will do that if I did have NOS. Especially him. I know that NOS is cheaper, but I don't want the cheap s**t. I want something that will last me.

well i do work at a performance shop so i can tell you what im doing isnt the hardest but its not for beginners either and im sure he doesnt have everything he needs to do it but it is one of the cheaper ways to get power and one thing i say stay away from is NOS its just a good way to hurt your motor

Did I go too deep into the subject? My bad. If you intend on going fast with a cheaper car (ie; not a Viper, Ferrari, or Lamborgini) it would be good if you learned a few things. Esspecially since you're a female. It's good to know what the compition has so that the 'ol boy in the P.O.S. Ford truck doesn't take you to school when you or your boyfriend start running your mouth.

I've put my fair share of turbo ricers in thier places with my beat up old truck because they didn't know what the hell a big block was.

Have fun.

Well I didn't know what one looked like until Travis printed a picture of one that he liked. LOL. It is Ok. With me, you have to explain every single one. The guy at work apparently didn't know s**t because Travis told me to tell him "There is no replacement in Displacement" I still don't know what that means. He told me but I forgot and didn't click in my head LOL.

I was wondering if you can put a big block in a 1995 Ford Mustang. I don't want to ask him because he'll just laugh at me and go and tell his friend at work.

Yes you can. You can actully buy parts to make the swap from Jegs or Summit. Both aftermarket race type catalogs. They have loads of stuff.

And any guy worth his peanuts, and intrested in going in astrait line, has at some point thought the same thing. Thus the aftermarket.

Your cool.
