the intake manifolds...you know in the middle of the top of the engine....those tubes that go inward is the upper intake...and the lower is right under it...kinda like a sandwich

port and polish yes, but I would recommend sending them for the professionals to do perfectly.
May I recommend www.rpm-mustangs.com great sponsor of mine...Mikael is the owner, tell him ShowStang sent you.

if ya put headers on w/o barely any bolt ons...you'll lose backpressure which will cause loss of torque...which is bad...keep ur torque if any....like everyone else is sayin...wait till you get more air gettin into the engine until you put some headers on...
Yea that would be more like it, but to fully summerize it for you, you'll need to get a 56mm tb (sn95) or a 65mm tb (edge), maybe an 80mm MAM or MAF, depending on your abbriviation and make sure its preset to whatever new fuel injectors you'll get, and then get your upper intake port matched to your tb, and polished, get your lower intake ported and polished, get a performance cam, port and polish your heads, and then get at least 19lb fuel injectors, preferably 24lb, then bring the car to a shop with a dyno and get them to install your new intake, tb, cam, and injectors and reset your air to fuel mixture. You should do all of this at once because doing these mods individually isn't a good idea. Then do headers last because then you'll have enough airflow to justify them.

Hmm I gotta do all that at once. Can I do UD pulleys(and anything else) first then start a mod fund

Yes you can do all of the basic bolt on stuff at once, but if you're going to fully upgrade your engine then you should do it all at once, one because it will save you tons of time in money for shop cost, two, you only have to get your aire to fuel mixture set one time, and three, you'll have everything basically free of your engine, so if there are any probalamattic areas you don't yet know about, the shop should easily be able to spot them.
