Not sure but there is a brake pad lube that is used for new pads.

It says something about it in this how to......

http://www.edmunds.com/ownership/how...7/article.html

Install the new rotor, if necessary. Remove the old brake pads from the caliper (usually held in place by several clips), but, before putting on the new ones, you must do something. Remember the little packets of grease you bought? These are used to lubricate the brake pads. Careful now -- not on the front of the pad, which comes in contact with the rotor, but on the back. The pads attach to the caliper via a plate-and-clip arrangement. The lubricant goes between the plate and the back of the brake pad. Got it

[:@]The guy squeezed out fluid by pressing the things that clamp the rotors, but more is still leaking out. It looks like its coming from the metal hose thing that connects to the radiator right under where the coolant is put in.

Ok the piece of the brakes that applys pressure to the brake pads. He pushed them and got brake fluid to leak. Is that supposed to happen. Also where would brake fluid leak from.

sounds like a leak in the brakelines...very bad thing...need to get it fixed ASAP. Run out of power brake fluid and try stopping the car at 65mph w/o it...its like pressing your foot against the rotor to stop the car with sheer muscle.

Wierd it didnt leak before he fixed them. Is there a chance he just didnt tighten something. It looks like its leaking from the same place the coolant from the radiator was leaking.
