Short throw shifter
Has anyone driven a car with the Tri-Ax, and one with the Pro 5.0 short throw shifter? I'm probably going to purchase one in the next couple weeks, and am leaning toward the Pro 5.0. Any experiences?
I've driven a car with a Tri-Ax, did it today, yesterday, and for about 7 months before that. I love it. From what I've heard of people who have had both, the Tri-Ax is better.

I wouldn't trust a cheaper one, due to the fact that it is possible to "over-shift" into your gears and cause severe damage, which is why all "respectable" brands have adjusters and so forth. I wouldn't cheap out on an item that controls the 2nd most expensive component of your vehicle!!!

All the decent brands pretty much work the same. I love my pro, but that is the only short throw i have driven. You will like whatever you get, i do recommend getting a new shift **** though to complete the look and feel. I got mine here...
