Default layin' vinyl

ok, got the hood and rear vinyls off ebay. it took about 1.5hrs on the hood and about 2hrs on the rear. mostly it was squeezing the soap water out from under the vinyl with a card and positioning it then letting it sit for about 20mins and doing it again. the rear vinyl was a little tricky. it has to curl around and under corners and it was hard to get it to stay. what i did was let it sit over night, then quickly run a lighter over the corners and pinch it down with my fingers. on both the hood and rear vinyls, there were tiny bubbles (not air bubbles) and also it looked scuffed which concerned me. i left it in the sun for a few hours, and it is now perfect, no scuffs, no tiny bubbles whatsoever. it looks like paint. i would recommend doing this for anyone without money for paint. just drink a lot of coffee and zone out on it for a few hours.. also replaced a tie rod end, then painted all the calipers while i was there... and yes im getting a mach1 chin and grill delete...

funny you should ask. 1.25" hubcentric wheel adapters shipped today (for the rear) and the eibach pro kit should be here for the weekend. 2 weeks from today is 4:10's w/tlok and an sct tuner. then i have to take the girlfriend out before she asks me to choose between her and my cars..
