It's very time consming. You'll need a blow drier, and either a one sided scraping blade (sold in the paint department at Home Depot), and or a debit/credit car. Take the blow drier, and go about 1-2 feet at a time. Heat it up just enough to loosen up the glue, then use the card or scraper to "CAREFULLY" pull up the stripes.
the stripes on the bottom of the car peel off, i used my fingernail and slowly pulled it off. i did it as soon as i drove it home off the lot

any gluey stuff left behind can be removd with a liquid carnuba wax. The liquid part of the wax acts as a lubricant and emulsifies the glue (works like peanut butter in harif for taking gum out)
