Hey sorry, but this is a rush quesiton im buying some racing seats from some guy and i need to know how much the factory ones weight, the front ones, the passenger and driver seat. I dont wanna buy anything heavier than what i got now. Anyone know how much??!? Thank you!!!

 

here's a quoted reply in a seat /weight thread I found in the 2005, 2006 and 2007 forum:

"Hood, seats, interior, wheels, swap suspension parts for aluminum stuff, accesories in the engine compartment, stereo, A/C, heat, you can strip a lot from a car a still have it streetable. My first mod was replacing the 150 lb front seats with 27 lb Corbeau racing seats "

But I cant verfiy this data.

 

maybe the drivers power seat may be that much but i dought it

and their is no way in hell the passanger seat ways that much

 

Well when the only thing i can go from is when i took the passenger seat out and handled it. Id guess it prob weighs maybe 30-35 pounds? probably a little less. Id say 27.5
