Well, I paid for my cai on August 2nd and still haven't heard from the seller, tic_tuning... And on top of that he never gave me a tracking number (which I asked for), so I have no idea whether its been shipped or not. I'm prolly just impatient and it will come today or tomorrow... I'll keep everyone posted on how this saga turns out [8D]

 

After not hearing from the seller for 8 days, I filed a dispute against him via Paypal. The next day, the seller responded to my dispute claim. He was suddenly alive, and all apoligies, telling me my item shipped yesterday and providing a Fedex tracking number. Unfortunately, the number does not match any packages currently in the system[>:]

 

that sucks i bought mine from EAUATOSOURCE and he was pretty prompt about tracking and everything.

 

Ahhhh..............great ebay service. Worse thing is, once it came in you'd still be ticked because there are numerous problems that would have insumed.

 

Give it a day before you try the fedex number. He probably just dropped it off or has it ready to be picked up. It usually takes a day or so before it's even in their system. But if it still doesn't show up by Saturday in Fedex's system, add that to your complaint with paypal. It will only make him look more guilty. And save all your emails with him, in case paypal wants to see them. Worst case scenario it will take a while to get your money, but you'll get it. Paypal is just slow with these things. Took me almost 6 months to recoup $500 for a carbon fiber hood 2 years ago. Good luck with everything though


Oops, I didn't chect to see when the OP posted last....yeah, if he hasn't gotten it yet then he'll probably have to deal with paypal.
