Should ford have used the 4.0L from the trucks in the SN95's?

Default Should ford have used the 4.0L from the trucks in the SN95's?

ok like i said. I have a ford explorer now with the 4.0L and i love it. Do you think ford should have used it in the mustangs in exchange of the 3.8L?

yeah, it would have been cool if they used it back then. there has to be a reason behind why they changed from the 3.8L to the 4.0L.

remember tho, the 3.8L of the time had less HP and less torque than the 4.0L. now the 4.0L has more power and torque than the 3.8L splitport

I vote no, if you want a 4.0 just stroke the 3.8 to a 4.2(Even Better)!!
