Needless to say, all they do is make your dyno look a little better, not much in the actual performance department. Save a little more money and invest in gears and a limited slip differential (much better performance gain there).
Everything makes a difference. The thing that you have to ask yourself though is whether you can justify the amount of money you are going to be spending on that one mod. lol
i have a 1991 5.0 that is a auto and i 3.73 gears on it, i could feel a difference on it and i have underdrive pullys, i think it was worth the money but make sure the person who install your gears you trust and they know what they are doing. But for a 6 i dont know
