JTB... it does improve the amount of air going into the engine. Think about it, a 3 inch hole vs a 5-6 inch hole... which allows more air to pass through?

That was my thought also. Its colder air, though the dyno tips more towards air flow im sure.

so i just baught a 98 explorer for my sister to drive for $500, 120k on the 5.0. some rust, but she will get the year out of it till she goes to collage (no pics) so that means next year im going to have to find something to do with a perfectly running 5.0 with the GT40s on it oh an i also baught a 95 f450 powerstroke for $500 but needs injectors.
