glass place has them- they are just dicking around and not installing. said winter weather warning,c ouldnt do it. even though they came at 8 and the storm didnt hit until 12

no it's best use is to prevent documents from leaving a flat horizontal surface in the event of wind.

yea, i'm running a intake spacer and it's ok. the downside is that you can feel the power loss when your engine warms up.
