i need to replace tires and headers.

i raced my friends 97 civix ex vtec a while ago after work. 5 speed. intake with a catback. he got off the line first. by the end of first gear i had a couple of cars on him and kept pulling.
does that about sound right?

 

They are mid 16 second cars stockish if my memory serves me right. You an auto? With your mods probably a high 15 second car. Sounds about right. Intake and exhaust don't do much on those cars I don't think.

Back on the topic of this V6 meetup though...whos down to plan something?

 

i think the ex has a 1.6 SOHC vtec, so they are worthless. so yeah, that sounds about right

and shaun, it would be pretty sweet but i love the idea but unsure if i can get the time off of work. or the money...

 

I feel like planning it in NC or maybe Virginia might be best. On a saturday or sunday so not as many people will have to take a day off, including me. We can do a little meet and greet, cruise, grab some lunch, maybe we could plan it near a track that has an open saturday night and we could try and get some runs in there for the guys that want to? Just some ideas.
