this exact point im not in the position to buy something, ive got to get my PSD paid down then id like to take out against it for ~10k or so and buy an NA cobra (basically all i want is a fun car, it will get exhaust/intake/tune/4.30s) its been rough lately with the economy, but things might just be starting to turn around

yea i think its time for me to move, ive been renting a small 800 sqft house for almost two years, it was built in the mid 1800s and has no insulation, total bill for oil heat last month was $987 and change.

neither do i but i didnt have a choice at the time. I have been looking at buying especially with a 30 year fixed at 3.75% but I really dont have all that much to put down, Might just bite the bullit and move in with a family member or friend for a year and just save up a good chunk of cash.

oil = $1000 (and climbing), 550 rent, and 200 utilities if i can save $1750 a month and put it down on a ~200k house I would be good to go.
