I asked him to change the wording since it wasn't an original design from him, that is was a copy of someone else's original design. He told me it is his 'original design'. I pointed out his ad even states he knows about the SSM version. I also let him know I was the original designer for both that one and the one MySteed Performance sells.
If he wants to mass produce them and claim they are his design, he was going to hear from my lawyer.
Next thing I know the auction ended early and he stopped replying. LOL

At the time, it was expensive. My regular lawyer said a patent lawyer need to do a bunch of paper work and documented research to prove it was the first one of it's kind. The cost of that would NEVER be offset by the $$ made selling them. Especially since I don't do them as much as I used to. I'd rather buy another car with the money. LOL
yeah true, depending on the price though, i would do it just because its protecting my own hard work. that and it would stop lowlifes from making sub-par versions and ripping off other people with them.
