yeah i know, neon doesnt have abs and ive had to lock the brakes up once because some dumb *** pulled out and turned left when he had a red light. i know where to back off the brakes but its still nice to know that with abs you dont have to worry about locking the brakes until you back off the brakes, youll stop faster in that case

 

Abs is like insurance. You may be a hell of a driver but you can't predict mayhem. Like those allstate commercials. Haha

Lol I bought my car and my dad gave my brother his. Mine is a 35th anniversary. His is a 40th. Mine don't have abs or the fancy..anything lol. His has..well every feature known to man at 04 minus the v8=(. Thas not right. But hey I customized mine from the paint to the interior to my wellford fosgate/jensen audio system =D but. Lesson learned. Mine may not be as fancy. But its in better taken care of shape 6 months later cuz the bs I went thro to get mine. I baby that thing. His..well. 13th vehicle..take a guess. Lol

 

yep! at least you know that yours will me nice for years. Its funny, I was walking with my gf around her college, and we passed up a bone stock 99-00 v6. it had just gotten done raining and the water was all beaded up on the car, and i was like, wow, they actually wax their v6! seems like everyone buys these cars just to beat them up and move on, its nice to see someone take care of them once in a while

 

My car is a little beat up and I still wax it. Not too bad of shape for having almost 150K miles on it.

 

i dont know fink, theres a difference between beat up and showing some age. i wouldnt say yours is beat up, but some fat chick that thinks owning a mustang is sexy and doesnt take care of it, now that is a recipe for a beat up car. (yes ive seen this, )
