Oyyy that's horriable=((. I love my mustang. I wash it every other day and clean the wheels throughly and clean everywhere. I try to keep it spotless. I love my car. Idc if its a v6, it still gets up and runs pretty good while getting excellent mpg. And cheaper insurance since I pay for my own. So its a win-win. But geez people around where I live are insanely cruel to em. They think their awesome and treat em like junkers. I even seen a reallll pretty one at a cash for clunkers. I almost thot about taking off with it. But yeah no matter what the shape the car is and what u can or cannot afford you can always treat em good. Like my 2000 silverado v6. Yeah people think its a POS. But I wet sanded and buffed it and waxed it. Came out pretty good. Then I through some graphics on it. Lol I own two v6 vehciles =D both are really good..cept my truck it gets 12 mpg=(

Dang, my V6 Explorer gets 20s at least.

Different topic, am I asking too much for my white car? (Be honest) I dropped the price to $5900 - and still have nothing but tire kickers and 'no shows' when I set up times for people to come see it. It's in the price range of similar condition V6 cars. The other V6 Roush in Miami (ironically a white Stage 1) is listed at $11,000 in similar shape, but without the 18" wheels, big brakes, autographs and the 'extras' I have from Roush to go with it (out of production logos, badges etc....)

My truck burns a full tank in almost 4 hrs of driving... doing 130km/h. unloaded too. ****ing 3v 5.4's.

Matt, I think your asking price is fair for what the white car has.

The other day I offered a 17yr old my car, as it sits, for 9 grand and he was seriously debating on it.

I still can't believe you can't sell it. If I could sell my accord I'd pick it up in a heartbeat and get an explorer for the winter. Would love to get back into a mustang but with something to drive in the winter

Found a really clean $5,500 Mazda 6S (Burnt Copper) that we want to get for Julie so she pass the Explorer back to me, and I can store the black car for awhile. That will make the HOA happier with only 2 vehicles out front, and Julie happy with a gas saver.

yeah i think its a fair price matt. especially if that one is up for 11 grand. i dont know if you have been telling the history of the car or not but i bet people are scared off by what its been though and how many miles are on the body.

Yeah, I try to highlight the "40K on a stock motor" more than the miles on the body. I'm brief about the actual racing history on it unless someone asks.

I'm just shocked at the people calling. We'll set up a time, and then they don't show. I've had a couple test drive, and set up a time the next day to come back with money for an agreed price, then no show/no call. It's crazy. I'm thinking it's a Miami thing. They are like that down here with life... nobody follows up with anything.

you sir need a PSD, 19-21 mpg, I think on a 26 hour storm last year I might of used all of 15-18 gallons of fuel, but usually im to tired to really care at that point

quick OT question, i drive a big truck (avatar), and for the last 7 months ive been working on a federal job with prevailing wage, I havent seen a dime on it (PW is $38.76 an hr and time an a half after 8, i make 18, NO time and a half even after 40. 7 months, 5 days a week at 55-65 hrs) now if this wasnt bad enough, my boss is looking a new(er) triaxle with a budget of EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS....would I be making to big out of a deal out of not getting almost double my pay and he gets a new truck or should I chalk it up as a learning experiance?

i did that once, but that was because i saw a better car for cheaper an hour later, so i figured screw it. probably not the case if you have so many bites though. did you put the radio and ac back in it? im sure people are dumb about not having those things

seems like youre getting **** stick from both ends, how long are you planning on being with this company? any other opportunities that are better? it seems like you could be making a lot more money with your time
