Anyone have ideas on where to find a New Edge body, with a blown motor or shot tranny? Salvage yard cars seem to all include body damage, and I need a body in good condition.

Would it happen to be for sale (and if so, for how much)? Otherwise, where should I look for one that is? EBay is hopeless, CraigsList is a scam, and Google is no help at all.

 

You need one with a VIN or are you making race car? MPS sells body-in-white cars.

 

I'll need a VIN. I'm trying to drop in an engine and maybe use my tranny. I rolled my six, but the engine and tranny are perfectly fine, so I'm looking to do a bit of a transplant.

 

Mine's is casually for sale, as in I haven't actually slapped a sign on it or put it on EBAY yet. I've gutted it and haven't had the time to do anything with it due to the 6er being such a big and time/$$$$ consuming project. It's jsut taking up space right now.

 

How much might it take to tear you away from that body? Lafayette is a long way from me, but I might be willing to make the trip. You can't imagine how desperate I am to get my Mustang back together.
