you will need the new manual rack and pinon and the shaft from the manual setup, the power shaft will not fit correctly...

How much weight does it save? and what happens with the pump/pulley?

you remove the power steering pump and get a smaller belt, nothing else needed.

yeah ive been thinking about this too. would be nice to not ever have to worry about the ps pump, and to never hear the ps pump whine again

which k-member is that? did the instructions say to use plum bobs n crap, because i just threw mine in

Nope it was really simple, would have been even more simple if i had the tubular a arm's cuz i had to mod the stock ones to fit. It is the "QA-1" K member and has the removable upper spring bracket. I really like it!

To update things, I have removed the power steering pump and cut some of the bracket away and installed the a arms.

Looking good but whats up with the CA bushing squish?

Remember, dont torque those down till the suspension is under load or you could rip those bushings up.
