Default mirror conversion
Well I decided to do something different on my car. Since I will soon be redoing the headliner I really wanted to get ride of that ugly dome light, so I put in a convertible mirror.

I've been wanting to do that for a while too. If you go to the junkyard, look in the lincolns and stuff, and they have a solid piece that looks really clean for the wires on the windshield.

Hey im liking the mirror, was that mustang logo on the windshield part of the pony package?
I was wondering if i could find a decal like that to put on the top of the windshield.

I dont know if it was part of the pony package, but I have that logo and I have the pony package. It is not really a decal, its the same spray-like stuff that the dots are made of.

The full length Expedition consoles fit really nice, just hard to find one that's really dark.

Mine has the pony and I do Not have the pony package

Damn i would love to have that pony on the windshield, it looks great along with the mirror. Looks like the only way is to get one is a used windshield ill have to pass on that option

Has anyone done a console swap? I have unsuccessfully searched and it sounds kinda interesting.
