i recently bought a98 v6 and im lookin for some mod ideas?

 

I suggest none. Take any money you're thinking about spending on mods and put it away to save up for a V8.

welcome. CAI, exhaust, gears with some form of positive traction, underdrive pulley, and vmp custom tune. those are the basic mods, if you want more then first get a tuner from vmptuning.com, then either do a eaton m90 swap(supercharger from a thunderbird supercoupe) or a split port swap from a 99-04 v6 mustang.

but giving a budget and goal of what you want out of your car would help alot also.

 

M90 swap ftw. Seriously, look into it.

 

Split port swap or get the M90 from a supercoupe that works great.

 

I'd go M90 set up for power. Cobra/Mach/Bullitt brakes up front and a new rear end with 3.73 gears.

I know it says $2500 but I called him and he said he just put a number up there because he didnt know what to ask.

You could give him a call and see what he would do for the M90 stuff.

I am seeing if I can grab that transmission off of him, its a 99 low gear trans.

 

Catback exhaust, headers, throttle body, cold air intake those would be the most obious.
