I'm just not a huge fan, unless you have a car with no room for mounting it in the engine bay, and its the only option.

this... Why run extra piping that you dont need?

Is a M112 CARB legal? Im under the impression that it is.

Yeah, thats what does suck about the STS kit is the extra plumbing but it does help to cool the charge a hair and I think they said you only lose about .5psi through the extra plumbing.

I have to say though, I just hate how it sounds without the muffler.
You dont need to run a muffler with it of course but it just sounds horrible.


But if you want to stay smog legal this is the type of turbo system you have to go with or have a custom header made that has the Pre-Cat welded right to the primaries.

Space is sooo limited by the sides of the motor though I dont really think there is enough room to even do that.

Here is the big ugly verson.


Here is a much cleaner version, also factory but the key is that its small.

If you could figure out where and how to mount the turbo after the precat you would be fine.

once again thank you guys for the responses and info still trying to figure out what im going to do but have a clearer idea now and also Andy Littleton from TMA Turbo replied said he will be going going back back to Cali Cali in the middle of February if any body else wants to know and jumping back on turbo setups
