On my 1998 mustang when you lock the doors the parking lights flash as you would expect. However they are on for such a short time that you cant really see them unless its pitch black, and all you will see is a flicker.

Most cars the lights stay on for a few seconds or so, I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my car or what, but the lights only light up during the short time the horn is "honking". Is there a relay or something I need to replace?
