Is this safe?

bought a 2004 and found this and have no clue if this is safe to drive

That's a common part to break and can be expensive($100+) to replace if you go OEM.

So is this safe to drive? I don't mind the repair if it's not, bought this for 1k due to this, no ac/brakes

Yeah you shouldn't have any issues driving with that piece broken.
