Default Broken stud Replacement? (photos) - Through water pump and timing cover

I unfortunately broke one of the studs when putting everything back together after changing the timing cover gasket. I broke the top left stud that goes through the water pump and the timing cover on my 2003 ford mustang v6. My question is does anybody know how this stud comes out and where can I find this stud? I can't seem to find it anywhere, and do not know what it is called besides a stud. Does it just twist out or do you have to remove it some other way?
Hopefully the timing cover does not needs to come off again. I can remove the water pump and still have about 1/2 inch of a stud to remove it if its possible to remove with the timing cover still attached.
Anybody know where to start?
