Default Going Duals

I have a single GT takeoff and love the sound. How will the sound change with two of them and an H pipe, better (deeper) or worse (ricier)?

Default RE: Going Duals

I ran a single GT for a while before switching to dual GTs. It doesn't sound a lot different with the duals other than sounding a little more "stereo". Hard to explain, but with the single exhaust the sound was more isolated than with the duals. I did it more for looks than anything else, I really hated just seeing one tailpipe on back!

If you've run the single GT for any length of time, it will sound strange at first because one muffler will be broken in and the other won't be. It took a couple hundred miles on mine for them to balance out.

awesome! I have about 900 miles on the new muffler but the look will definitly be worth the offset for a while! did you notice a gain or decrease in power after doing the duals? I feel like a gained a ton of power with just the single muffler.
