Works for the power company during the day. He has a contact form on his site:

He is normally good about reponding via email, he has even replyed to me on evenings and weekends.

yeah i emailed him a week or so ago, and he responded pretty quickly, but i just wanted to ask a few things without having to go through the whole email deal haha.

I got it off another post a little while back and haven't tried it myself, but it's probably worth a shot, at least.

He's shipping out my CAI/Xcal combo within the next couple of days! Even over email, his customer service is outstanding. Good luck with the phone call!

but anyway, the only thing he said was MAKE SURE IF YOU CALL, CALL AFTER 5:00 pm CENTRAL TIME.
