Default Am I hurting my baby?

Hey everyone, am I doing my baby damage by acceleration quickly and redlining (its an auto)? I just dont want my car to have problems in 5 or so years....

lol lol If you drive like that all the time yea you will have problems. Just drive normal untill its time to unleash the beast in her.

For the first 1000 miles I took her nice and easy, but now have 1800 miles. If I stop accelerating like a mad man now....will any damage be done?

as the other guys said, dont worry to much about it as long as your not constantly doing it. actually i honestly think its good for the motor to stretch out a bit once in a while. if you do it all the time then your gonna feel the pinch later on.

And I don't know if it matters to you but you are burning a lot of gas if you do that

yeah just dont do it all the time, I cut her loose every day when I go on the onramp, but I usually dont redline it.
