Help with Sig

Hey guys, I finally took the time to create my own avatar. Can somebody help me out with either my avatar or sig. Thnx, and i don't have photoshop(cost to freakn much) so any tips would be appreciated.

I got her about 3 months ago, but am just now getting around to adding her to my avatar. I know i'm really lazy, i can't help it.
