I have been having a problem with my car going through the gears hesitating when it goes through. I have also been going through a lot of gas. I was looking under my hood at the CAI the other day (BBK) and saw that there was a hole in the pipe just above the Mass air Flow sensor. I asked around and someone said that that was where the IAT goes. If the hole is left open, could that be the cause of the hesitation in shifting and the gas usage. Also the other day the service light came on and the error was that the O2 sensors read as rich.
