I get about 19 City and 24-29 Hwy, depending on lead foot passing, with the 17" wheels on. With the 16" Stock wheels my best was 32.2 Hwy. I have Fred @ Evolutions 93 Octane tune in now, and although I have worse lead foot now (it is to much fun) I still get 19-20 City and I just got 24.7 on a 200 miles trip, with the 1st 1/4 tank City driving. Trip meter said 282.4 and I still had about 1/8 tank or so

Personally when I first got my stang my gas milage was low. which I think most everyone will agree with. That doesnt neccesarly mean that you are speading either it just means that you get up to the speed limit quickly. So if you are getting on it when you take off that is definitely your problem. I know that is what kills my fuel economy not speeding

haha yeha thaqt MIGHT be my problem i just drove down to subway and back and tried to get to the speedlimit very slowly and like use the break very little but my avereage was only 17 which is about the same as 16 just plus one 
hehe OH and sonicblue it was a great deal but it had a front end accedent previously but the dude fixed it (who better to fix your mustang then a guy who mods and works on mustangs for a living) but HELL of a deal and great first car )
