Default Should I do the whole package?

I'm going to install the Eibach Pro-kit springs, and I saw on their website the Pro-system has tuned struts and shocks specifically for those springs. Do you folks think it's worth the extra bucks ($300) to get this set-up? Do those of you who just put the springs in notice any lacking, that makes you wish you'd gotten this extra? Thanks again.

i have no experience myself, but i have heard quite a few people commenting on how eibach lowering springs make their stock struts go to sh*t and that they need to get their struts also

Past experience says yes. Lowering springs play hell on stock shocks/struts.

You will blow the stock shocks/struts on lowering springs at some point anyway and have to replace them...may as well get the new shocks/struts now and do the suspension all at once.

Thanks for the input. I'll probably spring for the whole kit.

Just your friendly neighborhood English teacher pointing out a little wordplay.

No pun intended?

Seriously, though, I've been wondering about this issue as well. I like the Pro-Kit's looks, but I wonder if it may cause more problems down the road.

"Down the road" -- there I go again! I better get back to correcting papers...

Pretty quick on the uptake Tim. I wondered if it would be caught.
