Xcalibrator 2 and demolet Intake question
I know this has kinda been posted about alot, but I want to clarify and make sure I have up to date info.
I'm looking at Bamachips.com. and amd thinking about going with there X-Calibrator 2 and Demolet air intake kit combo for $599...$649 if I color match. IS this one of the better routes to go for my first mod, or do you think there is a better...such as X-cal and a different intake, or a different tuner. Also what again is the approximate gain I would be looking at going with Intake and tune.
Like I said I know this has been posted alot, I just want to make sure I understand and have the most up to date info...such as has anyone heard of new products coming out that might be better to wait on.
Thanks in advance for you advice.

This is an excellent first mod! The Demolet Tunable Induction intake is right on up there with the C&L. And, Bamachips has some of the best tunes in the business with excellent, on-going customer service.

This would be an excellent first mod... (follow it up with a new muffler! LOL!)
Since you can have manual you could go with any of the big names... Lidio, Doug or Justin.... If you had and automatic then I would say Lidio from Alternative Auto is a must... LOL! But stick with those 3 and you'll be very happy... if you want the demolet than go with Doug at bama....

A CAI/Tuner is in my opinion a best first mod. Scrming is right, put a muffler it right after that. For the tunable induction, I had three tunes on it, and so far Dougs was the best so far. Dougs tune shaved 3/10's off my time on motor.

I've got the Demolet and X-cal. Extermely satisfied. It sure makes a difference. I'm just using the 87 tune but I got mine with 91 and 93 also. I have't had the nerve to play with the adjustments I am able to make yet.
