Okay, i have decided that i officially hate these state traffic patrol a-holes

as you may have read in my last post about me getting a ticket, yesterday i got pulled over and was given a ticket...i was not going faster than anybody else on the highway, and the cop followed me all the way from one city to the middle of a high way. pisses me off...but now i am more pissed off....get this:

today i am driving back from the University District (my girlfriend lives in the dorms there and now that i am off school i visit her a lot). as i am driving back, there is a light. one lane is to go strait, and the other lane is a right turn only lane. i stop at the red, and LUCKY ME, guess what a-hole pulls up beside me? same mother effing cop as last night! JUST MY FRIGGEN LUCK. so i am sitting there, he seems to kind of recognize me and starts too look at me. i dont want to look like i am hiding something, so i just look forward. plus he is in the right turn only lane so i know he will be gone right after the light turns green. light turns green, and i go forward. i am trying to keep an eye on him, just because i can feel more safe when this guy is gone (yes, feeling safe when the cop leaves, what has this world come to). anyways, i reallize that he is not turning, and goes strait from his RIGHT TURN ONLY LANE. WHAT THE EFF?! THIS GUY SHOULD GOD DAMN RESPECT HIS OWN EFFING RULES!!!!!

so he is behind me, what can i do. obviously he is following me. cops who have gone on the same route for years dont really go into a right turn lane than just decide to go forward. i keep on driving, slowly though. it is a 30 zone, and raining, so i stay at 25. ramp onto the high is a 40, i go 30. highway, 60 zone, i do 55. i have kept my eye on him, all along he is behind me. once i am on the highway, i move to the right lane because i know people will be pissed because i am doing 55. and yes, people are pissed. most people passing me are definitly going 75ish (the cop was in an unlabeled crown vic so they dont know).

he does not pull over any of them!!!

i keep on going, enter the 50 zone and i slow down to 45 (thank god for cruise control lol). this mother effer is still behind me. i can be VERY SURE he is following me because no crop travles at 45 in this area, EVERYBODY on the 50 zone keeps their regular speed (like 70ish). i keep on driving, and i see where he pulled me over last time.

MOTHER EFFER!!!!! I WAS IN THE 60 ZONE WHEN HE PULLED ME OVER AND TOLD ME I WAS IN A 50 ZONE. SON OF A B*TCH


now i am very mad (you can probably tell, because i am still mad), so decide to slow down to 50mph. the drivers education book says slow down 10mph on the highway when it rains, so he has nothing on me. he still is behind me. now i feel like a flippen slow poke while people are zipping by at 80ish, but this A-HOLE IS NOT PULLING ANYBODY OVER!!!!

finally, i get to my exit, and get in the exit only lane. he folows me onto it. then, right before i exit, he gets out of the lane (exit only lane, once again, this b*tch is not following his own god damn rules) and goes back on the highway





GOD WHAT AN *** HOLE, HE NEEDS TO GET A F*CKING LIFE

 

yea man that really sucks cops can be a holes at times..well hell all the time

 

i would go to the police station , and complain he is herrassing you.. and explain yur situation.. even how he gave you a ticket int he 60 zone when he said you were in the 50...


also talk to girl officer.. they tend to side with you when they are not behind the wheel on patrol lol

 

He is jus on a power trip, most of them are. But what can you do? If you say something to him he will just arrest you for threatening an officer or some sht like that! Oh well, just look at the bright side, you are driving a mustang and he is driving a crown victoria!

I think you should have a video camera with you so next time (I am assuming he will do this again) he follows you and breaks his own rules, you should nail him for it. Make sure you show the speed you are going and show people passing you and him not doing anything about it.

 

Being a police officer can be a thankless job. Like everyother job you have good employees and bad ones. It looks like you may have a bad one. Sounds like you need to let your parents in on this(you don't want them to find out any other way). Inform your lawyer, consult him. The under his advisement place a complaint on the officer and ask to speak to the chief. Have your lawyer followup to let them know you are serious. This guy may have several complaint sbefore you. I am a fire officer myself. I deal with some great police officers and some real turds. Unfortunately being 17 will not give you a ton of credibility. Good luck and always treat an officer with respect , even if he doesn't reciprocate. Just my .02.

 

Sorry to hear that you had to go through that. That officer is just a big fish in a small pond. Don't sweat it.

 

I know his won't help you feel better, I KNOW cops can be A$$HOLES because I am
friends with a few WV State Troopers but Imagine this world without Police, Dealing with
THUGS and Thiefs all the time and constantly looking over your shoulder...Not good, I'll
take the COPS anyday!!

 

He's probobly pissed cause he tryed to discuss getting a new mustang with his wife and she said that it couldn't happen with there budget. lol Who know's cops are weird, I used to get herrassed in my old yellow 85 Camaro 2.8L a lot. Then when I got my new stang I can't get them to even look twice at me. I notice that having a silver car helps a lot compared to my yellow camaro. I've done like 65, 70 passing a cop on the opposite side of the street and he still did not see me!! I thought I was done. I was racing a Civic DOHC
