Default Fabrication of custom trunk

I was curious. i thought of this idea one night (always thinking about the stang) and i thought it would be very original and great looking. If i bought a trunk, pulled out the third light and the fake gas cap. filled them in and sanded them smooth. Then paint the trunk tungsten grey. then paint the black part between the tail lights. then put a Classic Designs spoiler over where the third light was. What do you guys think? Anyone know the price of a trunk. Could even be one out of a junk yard i supposed if it doesnt have any damage.
